Alu-Frame Fire-Rated Nielsen C2-B1
The B1 aluminium fire-retardant frame is particularly suitable for pictures and documents in public buildings.
This clip-on frame has been tested and certified by the Materials Testing Office in North Rhine-Westphalia. It bears the B1 certification mark for flame resistance.
The fire-resistant frame is equipped with a special B1 back panel.
Due to legal requirements, fire safety is becoming increasingly important.
Fire resistance is a must, especially in public buildings such as schools, kindergartens, hospitals, or government offices.
The clean, simple profile is 10 mm wide (when viewed from the front) and features edge-polished float glass.
We recommend inserting the acid-free Nielsen interleaf included in the package into the frame as a barrier sheet (an acid-free barrier between the image and the back panel).
The back panel of the frame is equipped with riveted pressure-sensitive torsion springs and notched hangers to facilitate alignment when hanging the picture.
