Nielsen Aluminium Fire-Retardant Frame C2-B1
This interchangeable frame has been tested and certified by the Materials Testing Institute in North Rhine-Westphalia. It bears the B1 certification seal for flame-retardant properties.
The fire-retardant frame is equipped with a special B1 backing board.
Due to legal requirements, fire safety is becoming increasingly important.
Especially in public buildings such as schools, kindergartens, hospitals, or government offices, flame-retardant properties are a must.
The straight, minimalist profile has a width (viewed from the front of the frame) of 10 mm and is equipped with edge-polished float glass.
We recommend inserting the acid-free insert sheet from Nielsen included in the delivery as barrier paper into the frame (acid-free barrier between artwork and backing board).
The backing board of the frame is equipped with riveted pressure springs and serrated hangers for easier alignment when hanging.
