The data you enter in the configurator is automatically sent to our passepartout cutting machines. Your passepartouts are then cut with computer-controlled precision down to the millimeter. This guarantees clean edges and a perfect fit.
We typically manufacture and ship within 1-2 business days. Express solutions are available at an additional cost. For larger orders and/or particular time pressure, please contact us – we will find a solution.
We offer a wide selection of high-quality passepartout boards in various shades of white, cream, and other colors – including museum quality. An overview of all our colors can be found in the configurator. Feel free to order our free original color samples in advance.
You see everything you enter displayed directly as a true-to-scale graphic. Enter the border dimensions or use the mouse to move the cut-out(s) until the desired position is reached. Add embellishments such as a crease cut or a ruled line.
Yes. Upon request, we will send you free color samples of our passepartout boards. This allows you to compare the color, surface, and quality with your picture, frame, or interior before ordering.
For most applications, we recommend passepartout boards with a thickness of 1.4 mm. They offer a high-quality look and are suitable for photos, prints, and artworks. For special requirements, thicker boards are also available, which create more depth and a particularly elegant gallery effect.
Yes. With our configurator, you can create any number of cut-outs and position them individually. This allows you to present photo collages, series, or multiple motifs in one passepartout.
Yes. In addition to rectangular cut-outs, we can also implement many special shapes. Please contact us if you would like a special design.
Yes. You enter the desired outer and inner dimensions precisely to the millimeter in the configurator. This ensures your passepartout is manufactured exactly to your specifications.
Many orders are manufactured and shipped within 1–2 business days. For particularly extensive orders, processing time may be slightly longer. We also offer express solutions for urgent orders.
We use high-quality matboard from renowned manufacturers. Depending on the type, acid-free, age-resistant, and museum-grade options are available.
Yes. In our store, you can perfectly coordinate mat boards, picture frames, acrylic glass, and framing supplies and conveniently order them all together.
